28 November 2008 – Dakota County, MN, USA According to the Pioneer Press, Natasha Dahn, 16, plead guilty to two-counts of kidnapping, third degree assault, and aggravated burglary, in connection with the torture of Justin Hamilton, 24, who has a developmental disability. She received an 8-year suspended sentence, will serve 60 to 90 days in youth detention before spending a year in a secure counseling program, will be on probation until age 21, and is ordered to make restitution. She is expected to testify against her boyfriend and other codefendants who tortured Hamiltion. Dahn admitted that she lured Hamilton into a trap.
