28 June 2009 – Great Falls, MT, USA Summer Many White Horses, who had been charged with murder in the death of her son, James “Hymie” Many White Horses, pleaded guilty to negligent homicide. Hymie Many White Horses was two years old and had been diagnosed with autism.
According to the Great Falls Tribune:
The 2-year-old boy died of undetermined causes last May. His mother, Summer Many White Horses, was initially charged with murder in his death, but recently pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of negligent homicide.
